“great location and rooms”
location is great and rooms is fantastic. very high floor and can see the whole taichung. hotel staff is friendly, the hotel receptionist bring you up to your, explain the hotel facilities and rooms. many good foods around the hotel too. you can connect your music to the room SONY sound system

“the staff is what makes this hotel great”
the landis hotel is a modern hotel across a park in downtown Taichung. the lobby is modern, but not impressive. rooms are not very big but certainly enough space with a small desk and all modern equipment. bathroom with shower and bath modern and well equipped. bed a little hard for my liking . hot… Mehr

The Landis is independent and offers a charming old school ambience... including having actual keys to the rooms. “Does not meet the standard of a 5 star hotel”
The hotel looks beautiful from the outside but our room was tiny and run down. We stayed on the 43rd floor with a sweeping view of the city but the bathroom needed some serious repair.
