We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Alizo Boutique Hotel & Spa and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, all of the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They went above and beyond to make our stay special, especially for my birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the trip even more memorable. The hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a lovely relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spotless throughout our stay, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job every day. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. Our room was upgraded to a swim up pool which was amazing and so relaxing - the area was not far from a few bars and restaurants and we went to Rhodes old town by taxi which was around 15 minutes away The food was also very enjoyable, with plenty of tasty options and great service. Every member of staff we encountered was kind, professional, and always happy to help. Thank you to everyone at Alizo Boutique Hotel & Spa for making our holiday so special. We had an amazing experience and would happily return in the future.

My first solo holiday abroad and the whole experience was perfect! From the welcome and the service I truly believe my stay at the hotel contributed massively to how much I enjoyed my trip! So clean, relaxing and aesthetically pleasing annd such a great location inbetween Illyasos annd Ixia, close to town but away from the crowds. All the food is so lovely and such a wide variety at the breakfast Buffett, if you are looking for food close by the Hippocampus across the road is beautiful and also very welcoming lovely staff. Anastasis and Thanasis were very entertaining and lovely to chat to when ordering at the bar or getting breakfast in the morning and always happy to help. My room was cleaned daily which was lovely after coming back from day trips out in the heat! Cannot fault a thing! I had a late flight and was able to use a room to shower and freshen up which was a great touch. Again, the staff and the hotel itself are so lovely :) Would also recommend Almafi Coast restaurant for dinner just a 15-20min walk away- had a dinner here and watched the sunset! Food and aesthetic was great aswell as the views as you are right on the beachfront! Symi Island boat trip with 5 hours free time is a must. Luxury Catamarran cruises also amazing with 3 stops to swim and a meal and drinks included. Golden Olympiade in the old town was a great personal dining experiences that is fair priced with lovely staff and local cuisine with great scenery !

My partner and I have just spent 7 wonderful nights at the Alizo - an incredible place and my favourite holiday experience to date. The hotel is as aesthetically pleasing as photos suggest, modern, relaxing and luxurious but the staff and guest experience are the real outstanding feature. We felt totally spoilt from the minute we arrived. We were given a freshly made mocktail on check in, a bottle of rosé, fresh fruit, robes and slippers in our room, complimentary fresh fruit skewers were brought round when relaxing by the pool. We even received a little box of greek treats as a parting gift and were able to use the pool after check out, given fresh towels and access to a shower room to freshen up before our flight. Breakfast here is incredible, focusing on fresh produce and balanced nutrition. If you have any dietary requirements, let the team know and they will do what they can to accommodate - I'm lactose free and the chef made me scrambled eggs with salmon without milk and lactose free yoghurts could be sourced (but needed notice so make sure you ask in advance). We had a pool facing room (1102) which was cleaned daily and had a huge comfortable bed and great air con to help with warm nights. Bedrooms need more storage - we had to mostly live out of a suitcase for a week as there is only a wardrobe with a few hangers - we have fed this back to the team directly. The hotel is in a great location but does sit on a main road, however noise wasn't a problem for us as the balcony doors drown this out completely and there is wonderful chilled music playing at the poolside. You can take a stroll to nearby Ixia and Ialysos for more restaurants and shops and beaches and there is a taxi rank 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The on site restaurant is great, quality food with good portions. Cocktails are delicious! Throughout our stay, the staff were the shining stars. They were so attentive and kind, making it feel like nothing was too much trouble and really taking the time make conversation. We've never felt so looked after and want to extend special thanks to Natalja, Thanassis, Michal, and Vera for making the experience so special. The whole team are a credit to the business and I'm sure will be a huge contributing factor to its success. We hope we will come to Rhodes again and will definitely stay at the Alizo again.

“Nice hotel just big problem with cleaning”

Good new hotel.Polite staff good food just one big problem was cleaning in the room.Floors was left dirty as well as bathroom and shower doors so not good with room cleaning.They didn’t changed the bed sheets per all our 7 days stay.So big disappointment.
